Yes, just like what the title reads.. No Comments..

But anyway, i DO NOT have comments about me taking the role of the Badut/Raja or Wak Keletung.. but i do have some hints on the ASKAR and ORANG TAWANAN.. /gg

As everyone knows it, ASKAR was played by Farah and ORANG TAWANAN by Stella (this part was left out by Gerald). Well, it was funny with the tying hand and dragging Stella stunt, though i couldnt hear them both from the place i was standing. By the way, thanks for helping us out!

And for your info, Pat volunteered to be the so called 'kecil dan sebegitu indah punya rama-rama'. I'd prefer to see a piece of paper than a human-sized butterfly.. ahaha.. but it was a laugh. As for Eurica, the doraemon voice was intended! ( she's the ngegeh yet miang permaisuri.. *applause)

For the rest, it's a rap and great job. Hope we wont be doing any of these 'presentations' in the coming months before SPM> sigh..

I'm out...

Wak keletung

Pat's drama group did a JANGAN BUNUH RAMA-RAMA presentation today, with a little summarized sketch, which was INSANELY HILARIOUS!and cheeky*winks at Pat**winks**winks*

ANYWAY!It started of with JO introducing the characters, then one by one, PAt, Jo, Euri, Stella and Farah introduced themselves. The first scene was Pat as Nur Atma I, the old hallucinating woman(apparently,Nur Atma I and Nur Atma II are the same people..no idea) with blur vision and a hearing problem.Euri then talked, and Pat chased after an imaginary butterfly. That scene kidna looked like Baywatch though. As pervy as it might sound,Pat was running in slow mo, you know,*AHEM!baywatch intro*screaming :Rama-rama and reaching her hands out. That was hilarious. She looked like someone mad. Then, Jo told the story of herself, the King/Clown gabajingy. So, Euri, being the princess, asked Jo,the king,to catch her a buttefly.Euri changed her voice, she sounded like Doraemon.REALLY, she did. So,the king, being the nice husband, went to find the butterfly...hunting it until he had scabbed knees and cuts, all for the sake of his wife.

The funniest scene was: Jo,as the King chasing after Pat, the butterfly.DAYUMNJO!If a butterfly as big as human is called small, then I amm soooo nooottt going anywhere near ANY flying thingies and I'll be FARR FAAR away from places with grass,plants,you.... So,ANYWAY,Pat was flapping her HUGE imaginary wings,That was frixin hilarious YO!(y)

And for the last hilarious scene,Pat was the Orang bertapa. So, she was walking with Jo, the old woman, and suddenly she just stormed right to my aisle.*sitting on the first row, right in front of teacher is a scary thing, it's even scarier if there's a GIRL charging in your direction*So, apparently, she saw the Perempuan yang mengghairahkan, which she intended it to be YiK boh,but yik boh freaked out and scurried to the back of the class. So, Pat went to the nearest person she could reeach, ME!I was soo tempted to wink back at her!Hmmm...But her expression was beyond O.O crazy, so I just did the O.O back at her.

She then went to woo the girls on the opposite aisle.Dayumn PAT!Berimanla!!Apa you suka perempuan yang mengghairahkan??Not good bah!Anyway, that was a presentation well done.(y)

Also, Jo/Pat/Stella, anyone of you who wants to share your account fo the story, you're most welcomed. And hasn't anyone got somehting to say?Announce?ANYTHING AT ALL?!I mean, I dind't make you contributors for nothing?*CHOP CHOP PEOPLE!*

p/s the K3M quiz was like...self suicide!

Ayayai!We RICH!

Yes, we are..Well, maybe. The collection from our school's FFF past the RM 100,000 mark. So, we were treated to a Spinner cone ice cream each, and our class teacher is buying some other well earnt food some other day, for our effort.Yayness!!Once again, a big thank you to the people who supported by showing up, buying and playing. Thanks also to the gentlemen of 5A who 'swarmed' our netball booth and supported our school and class.

ANYWAY, it was announced that our principal, MR Su, will be leaving our school end of this week.Just when we were getting used to him being nice and less particular(wait, he's still particular, but he's nicer. He will be missed.)Our new principal will be Pn.Mary John.Good luck to her.

*oh no to another female principal-personally,I'm not surprised if she's like A.D. junior*

Band Competition - State Level..

Every year, people look forward to the Annual Band Competition (State Level). Now, i am proud to present the review for the Band Competition, (BC) , this year, 2006.

Date: 6 July 2006
Time: 7.30 am to 12.00 pm
Venue: Stadium Perpaduan..

Mainly, there are 4 schools competing this year, which are:
1) St Jo Kuching
2) St Jo Miri
3) Chung Hua Miri
4) Green Road

All are good and high-standard schools, giving their best shot in the competition. As you can see i lined them up in order, too! First comes the uniform inspection. Judges head down to the lines of band members, inspecting their uniform, from every single hair down to their feet.

Then it starts... with SMK St Joseph Kuching!! As usual... they're good. Good song choices too, i have to say. Green uniform, eye-catchy and action hero like.. maybe they're trying to make another statement or something..(wanna see.. ask stella or geraldine for pictures). For the formation.. it was big and good.. i dont get why you have to do it from the back though.. Overall, it's a good show. (* i missed it cause i have to do the stupid warm up! Drats!) Second, comes St Jo Miri! Black, White and Gold uniform.. the design is the same from last time only the colour changed.. They looked like bumble bees.. ZZzzzZZit.. they're nice, good but heck, the sad part is, the drum major dropped the mace.. 3 times (if not mistakenly counted by a spy..). Sad, but they still kept their hopes high. Then it's Chung Hua Miri.. black, red uniform. Seriously, they look like a bunch of communists army guys. Best thing is, they brought a huge china gong! That was like.. awesome.. their songs are mostly ... hmm... military-like.. ( BrrrBrmmit..BrrBrmmit.. ) There's another part where all of the members sang a solo-all-alto part ( WhoooOOoooOOOo..). The drum major was bangin' he threw the mace sideways up. That aint something you gonna see everyday. Last school, Green Road. Same uniform as the previous year, blue, white, same drum major. they were keeping it simple and clead but perfect. It was a good show.

Well, i don't think anyone would read all the brags and stuff i typed up there.. Overall, here's the summary and results..

Summary:
It's pitiful that only 4 schools participated. It's a good thing that they provide food and free milo. It's sad that the food was like prison food but the milo was great! It's another good thing that they invited other school students to come as spectactors. It's also a good thing that St 3 students get to skip 2 days of school for the performances. It's a bad thing cause we have lots of homework after that...

Results:
1) Best Uniform: St Jo Kuching
2) Best Drum Major: Chung Hua Miri
3) Placings:
1- St Jo Kuching
2- Chung Hua Miri
3- Green Road
4- St jo Miri (they cried after that.. sob..)

that's the end! It's not an entire review but.. at least i'm updating this blog, kay.. i apologise if any were offended. No hard feelings.. right? swt.. Peace!

Josephians in concert

Claire S. and I attended the concert, which was at the Batu Lintang Auditorium, despite the tiredness and all.

Everything started on time, the speeches were kept short and simple, the script was quite humurous. The band was AMAZING!'Metroville' rocked the house!Kester, throwing all those things:The gun, mace and flag.It was,as expected,REALLY good!He had to control from throwing it too high up,I've seen him throw higher than that.Such a pity the auditorium was so low.Oh!Oh!Not forgetting the UBER HIGH PANTS!Their top was short and I think their pants were wayyyyy above their belly buttons!

Pink LAdy & Strawberry Flip were the 2 pieces I recognized(after hearing my sis playing it on the violin ages ago.I tried playing it too, it was really, really fun playing them both)

The strings emsemble just made everyone stare in awe. From all the vibratos, I could have sworn my eyes were vibrating in it's sockets.Same goes to Mr and Mrs Yap Ling's performance! His violin serenaded the entire auditorium WITHOUT a microphone! All the plucking while bowing, bowing on both strings while playing the fancy pinky shredding runs on the E string, that was really AWESOME!I just stared at his fingers.Mrs Yap Ling's(Grace)fingers were also CRAZY during the 3rd piece(I think it was the 3rd)The Rondo from serenade in D major("Haffner")or was it Song of the five-finger mountain.Anyway!her fingers were like a spider's legs spinning a web.It was sersiouly going crazy fast!

The kids's choir performance was surprisingly GOOD!They CAN sing! They didn't even go out of tune ad 'Umi' is a really beautiful Japanese song! The Old MCdonald part was really entertaining and cute.It got Claire and I dancing.Well, we realised after we turned back that we were the only ones dancing along with the kids, in our row.It was pretty embarassing, but WE DON'T CARE!

'Tian Mi Mi'seemed familiar.Yes, our school's band has an excerpt from that song in one of our famous pieces,Musical Journey.Nevertheless, after hearing it tons of times since Form 1, it was good.Mr Michael Toh sang it like the extreme CIna opera singers, which was good.

The grand finale 'Can't buy me love' was really good.I must admit, it made me want to stand up to dance, but people were still watching, so I restrained myself from doing so.Beatles songs are ALWAYS good.Eg: Pennylane. They SO ROX!

Overall, I would rate the concert 9/10.It's worthed your RM30(if you're getting the cheapy tickets)I must stress however that anyone who wishes to attend tonight's concert that you choose a seat on the right side of the auditorium, you'll get to see MORE from there, and REMEMBER to choose a seat FAR away from children. Those annoying little shites(well I know I'm mean, but they're really irritating)just keep whining!

p/s Good job to Isaac and David!
pp/s Good luck to SJS band for the Band Competition middle of next week.I'm rooting
for you guys(as always, since our school never take part in marching comps)Our
school band and some other troupe will be performing for the closing ceremony.

STS food and fun fair

This is my account of the Food and Fun Fair.Other members are most welcomed to contribute their account, by all means, please do.

The hustle and bustle of the year, it's our school's biennial Food and Fun Fair. The day started off pretty early.I remember reaching the school premises at 6.48am and lots of people were there already and they were busy grating veggies, carrying all the food around, pasting notices, screaming and panicking.

7.30am
Our stall started frying, well, I was frying. And what kind of french fries take forever to cook? Our stall's!Hell, it took more or less around 15 minutes to fry one batch. You can imagine having to wait for 15 minutes to fry the damn thing. And the oil was like SUPER hot! What kind of fries does McDonald's use that fries in 3 minutes?Frixing ho!

Claire C. fried burger patties and when the patties are cooked, it turned into weird shapes!*only happens to beef patties, the chicken ones do remain round once it's done)Happy's helper was there to help us fry, nice lady really.

I was still busy frying when the people started coming in packs. Claire S. was doing her thang, promoting the food, going: Beef burgers!Chicken burgers!Fish burgers with fries!*breathes*Ayam Kurma, Curry!Masak Merah*breathes*at the top of her lungs. As familiar boys walked by, they were greeted by the girls at the front.I did nothing but fry!!Dang, I only got off from my shift at 11-ish.And I had lots of specs of hot oil flying at me, but luckily I'm not burnt from it.

Claire S. and I went off after that and we went around looking for food.I must say, there were little varieties. Next, we headed to the field where our cow was at.

There were people playing already. We sat under the 'pasar tani' umbrella the school provided us with and ate our stuff. We spent the rest of the day at the field. Then familiar faces appeared at the netball stall, which is next to the cow. They were: Ivan,Fahri,Alleem,Jim,Sheldon(sp?),Agan

I also hung out with the Sc II's.Their stall was cool,Alisya had the face painting booth set up in the shed and outsider boys volunteered to be goalies and ball pickers(whatever you call them)They were basically just collecting money and chillin.

Spending time with Ali in the shed was awesome!Agan, Haziq and some other guy had 'I love mommy' written on their arm.People got flags and all sorts of stuff drawn on their body parts. Then, I went into the field to where the cow was.

Ivan shoots like a girl because he did the one leg, one hand way of shooting and scored!(You should consider starting a netball club in your school)They stayed for quite long.It was all fun. Some of us had too many tickets and just gave them away to the boys(we had RM30 worth EACH!..by the time we finihsed our shifts, we weren't even that hungry, hot and sticky and quite tired from standing in the same spot..we didn't know what to do with it anyway)The first time the boys got a prize, it was some purple and handphone holder, wrapped and shaped like a sanitary pad. They were so excited and Ivan was really happy to get his hands on the prize until he asked what was inside. We said: Well, I think it's a pad.Their faces changed and they started throwing it around like girls. Then Ivan and Jim opened it cautiously at both ends. They were relieved when they saw nothing of white/pink plastic.

After 2.30, our stall still had so many prizes and Georgina or someone decided to have a 'lelong'.So, we had the 'RM10 for 5 minutes'throw for both stalls.Ivan and Jim had the time of their lives picking their papers for prizes.Ivan had lots of food and the RM100 slimming voucher.Jim had food and a PANTYHOSE?!

We basically chilled out at the netball area until 4pm-ish.By that time, only Ivan, his bro and Jim were left.Being nice sports, they voluntarily helped us girls t clean the field.Thank you IVAN!and your bro.Only when picking up those rubbish did we realise that we were badly burnt.

Other news around the school:
4 people fainted, 2 were sent to the hospital.Reviews of the haunted house was that it was pretty scary.I myself being a sissy girl didn't go because well, IT WAS scary!from what I heard.

So, overall, not to be mean or anything but, I'll rate the food and fun fair SATISFACTORY on the sales and EXTREMELY FUN for the fun part.Excuse my sad account with little things to report about.HOnestly, I only did those stuff the WHOLE day.
